After serving as the vanguard of the Chilean Metal scene for more than 18 years, Six Magics is without question one of the most important musical exports from this remarkable country. With an emphasis on building an international presence, their records have been sold in a wide variety of countries, continents and cultures. Additionally, they have shared stages with the likes of international touring acts Nightwish, Blind Guardian , Rhapsody Tarja Turunen (ex Nightwish).

In 2006, they released “Dead Secrets”, their first live DVD containing songs from their two previous albums. After release of the DVD,  the decision was made to immediately record a third record with the legendary multi- platinum producer David Prater. His groundbreaking work with Dream Theater on two of their most successful recordings, “Images and Words” and “A Change Of Seasons”.  The album was called “Behind the Sorrow” and was released by the Italian label Coroner Records.

From a creative standpoint, Six Magics has experienced a remarkable growth spurt over the  years beginning with the decision to enlist the services of Prater and continuing with the arrival of Elizabeth Vasquez, the band’s sensational new lead vocalist. The decision to break new ground in a changing musical landscape by bringing her brooding, sultry voice to the foreground of the group’s sound signals; a courageous sense of adventure sorely needed in a field dominated by faceless male counterparts.

In 2010 to support the new record “Behind the Sorrow”, Six Magics launched a European tour that kept the musicians on the road for nearly two months. They played in different countries such as Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands and Turkey.
The good receipt of the audience throughout the tour encouraged the band to devote it's entirety to the production of their fourth studio album. During the process of the creation and recording, they performed for a large audience at “La Cúpula” Theater (Chile), in November, 2011.

In July 2012 the fourth album by the band saw the light: “Falling Angels”. Together with their Italian label “Coroner Records” produced a world release of this material.
The media campaign, includes the launch of their promotional video clip “Falling Angels”, which had its release through the online site of the prestigious German magazine Rock Hard, achieving 10.000 visits in just a couple of weeks. Subsequently, the band has performed among important Chilean stages such as Movistar Arena in the “Metal Fest”, the first version of a Chilean festival in which bands like Testament, Blind Guardian, Anthrax, UDO and  others which were headliners including the “Chile Rock Festival” at La Cúpula of O´Higgins Park (Santiago, Chile) and shared the stage with important foreign bands such as Doug Aldrich (Whitesnake), Angra and Epica.

Now, Six Magics is preparing for a 14 date European tour, in cities of Germany and the Czech Republic, opening the show for the German band Axxis with more than 25 years of musical trajectory. This tour will take place during  September 2015.
